Join us at the Human Resources Committee to learn about an exciting new health care alternative, myHometown Direct Care. Scott Franklin and Chris Truax of myHometown Health will be here to present the details of this healthcare membership and answer any questions you may have.


Chris recently joined Hometown Health, bringing thirty years of hospital and health system leadership experience.  Chris has worked for major health systems like OhioHealth, University Hospitals of Cleveland and University of Cincinnati Health.  In addition to Operations, Chris has experience in strategic planning, business development & mergers/acquisition work and financial planning and forecasting.  He has a passion for rural healthcare and seeks partnership opportunities to keep care local and affordable.

Scott Franklin has been with Hometown Urgent Care for 15 years currently with oversight of Northeast Ohio and the Columbus markets. He has a passion for engaging with employers to bring occupational health services to local, regional and statewide companies. Scott has been working with employers for more than 30 years providing innovative solutions to employer healthcare needs.
